  • Stan is a Full-service Representative with over 25 years in the Real Estate Industry.

  • In the latter 1970’s, Stan began his real estate career as a residential, commercial, and land appraiser.

  • In 1992, Stan made a transition from appraising to real estate sales. 

  • Since then, he has become experienced with transactions regarding the sale and leasing of residential, commercial, and land properties.

  • His experience also includes transactions involving 1031 exchanges, probate sales, and foreclosure/short sales.

  • Stan also has several years of experience in real estate management, working particularly with risk management issues related to clients, agents, their transactions, contracts (including listing, purchase and lease), and disputes.

  • In addition, Stan has, and continues, to train and coach both newer and veteran agents.

  • Stan employs a consultative approach to his real estate business.

  • He believes in communicating directly and clearly with his clients, working to reduce risk and increase benefits to them.  He listens, asks questions, learns their goals and needs, determines a course, and with their approval, puts it to action.
